Diane Aguiar

Lawyer

Diane Aguiar is a registered lawyer at the Macau Lawyers Association since 2005. She joins “Vong Hin Fai Lawyers & Private Notary” as a lawyer since 2015. She once worked in two local law firms and was in-house legal counsel of one of the Macau gaming sub-concessionaires for over 8 years. In January 2020, she was granted the qualification of Hong Kong and Macau lawyers by the Department of Justice, Guangdong Province, and is currently Macau lawyer of Renhe QiBang Xianhui (Hengqin) Joint Law Firm.

Diane graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon with a Bachelor Degree in Law in 2000.

While practicing as in-house legal counsel, Diane participated in financing process of one of the Macau gaming sub-concessionaires and company listing process on HKEX. She was also a member of external legal counsel team of the Underwriter and Sponsor listed on HKEX of one of the Macau gaming sub-concessionaires. She participated in the drafting of Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering Policy Terms of one of the Macau gaming sub-concessionaires and was responsible for the internal training team in this area.
