Stella Wong is a registered lawyer at the Macau Lawyers Association since 2014. She joins “Vong Hin Fai Lawyers & Private Notary” since 2015 and is currently a partner lawyer of the firm. In January 2020, she was granted the qualification of Hong Kong and Macau lawyers by the Department of Justice, Guangdong Province, and is currently Macau lawyer of Renhe QiBang Xianhui (Hengqin) Joint Law Firm. In October 2022, he was granted qualification to practice as lawyer in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area by the Department of Justice of Guangdong Province, and since then serves as a “GBA lawyer” in Renhe Qibang Xianhui(Hengqin) Joint Venture Law Firm. In 2022, she was appointed an arbitrator of Macau World Trade Center Arbitration Center.

Stella started her career after obtaining a Bachelor Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau in 2009. Stella is a part-time lecturer of the Legal Assistant Certificate Course held by the Macau Institute of Management, and has also teached, in the Continuing Education Center of the University of Macau, short-term training course of International Law for trainees of Correctional Services Bureau of Macau.

Stella is mainly engaged in litigation of civil, commercial, criminal and administrative natures, covering namely: public or private engineering disputes, bidding grants, debt enforcement, bankruptcy claims, foreign judgment confirmation and enforcement, leasing disputes, property disputes, etc. She also provides services of non-litigation affairs related to land law, real estate law, civil law, commercial law, banking law, insurance law, etc., and serves as a perennial legal consultant for banks, large enterprises and real estate developers. She also participated in court trials as attorney of public bureau and in the legislative work of the Legal System for the Protection of Senior’s Rights and Interests.

In terms of social activities, Stella is currently vice-president of the Macau Legal Exchange and Promotion Association, vice-chairman of governing board of the Guangxi Women Association of Macau, member of governing board of the Guangxi Associations General Federation of Macau and member of the Youth Association of “The Woman’s General Association of Macau”.
